This happens with Ipads, Iphones, Microsoft Surface tablets, and a PC using a netgear wireless adapter. The weird part is that the 5ghz has no issues at all. Glad we could help. The 2.4GHZ has problems and often drops connectivity whereas the 5GHZ systems do not experience this problem.
