It is very difficult to say what a "Normal" temp should be since each type of cpu [P4, Athlon, AMD64, etc] has a normal temp. Connect the AC power cable to the AC power connector on the back of the power supply. If thats the case then you are probably going to need a micro atx psu or mini itx psu.
Get water out with Hairdryer. Yay!
