or would the extender slow down the wifi even MORE? and do u want me to put in my usb one and then do them codes ? His computer connected to it with a true mobile dell network card, and as soon as the wireless modem and everything was connected, everything connected fine automatically and he was on Something about the bit size of the passwords or character length.

I had a connection before, but it was annoying, because it kept searching for the certificate. Fixed my wireless problem! While this isn't a long term solution, I don't want to have to reset my connection on a regular basis, it is better than the help that I recieved from Apple. By the way-Settings says not connected, but I cluck it and the green wifi is turned on. You, on the other hand, have provided a precise solution to the problem with screen shots! Mine had IEEE 802.1x enabled, but that was not the problem. It's particularly aggravating because the "certificate" message pops up seemingly randomly anywhere from every 10 or 15 seconds to 15 or 20 minutes.
