The Adata timings are 15-15-15, the Ripjaws timings are 17-17-17. Irv S. Unless a motherboard overclocks automatically, you would need to manually set the speed to be the faster speed. However, I am uncertain about the CAS or latency speed I should go with.

It sounds like the extra ram will be more of a benefit to me then the higher speed. Of course not.Because of the L3 cache is Skylake/KabyLake and the IMC being included in the chip there's no need for such latency with RAM these days.
