Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. get some Windows 6.1 features back, too. If it will not run from the Run menu and you don't have the CD, try it from a command prompt, Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. When the Taskbar is locked, there is a check mark next to the "Lock the taskbar" option on the menu.
