Solved: Radeon 9550 Problem
I just don't understand what happened tho...sigh, after like 7 hours I tried worked on this. I bought a video card from my local computer store, because the price was just about the same as some ofthe ones I wanted to get online. As before I install the card, I first uninstalled all existing drivers before I continue, and plugged off the power and just replacing my graphics card like normal. there is a long list of mods and customisations including panels and controllers I have constructed myself, including about 5amps worth of USB stuff. Then, after I've installed the latest ATI Catalyst [as my card is supported by the drivers], and restart the computer, and this is where the problems arise. I flashed the bios and disabled some useless options that were activated by default in the bios (Spread Spectrum, V-Link, etc...) and then re-installed chipset and videocard drivers and voila!!
