I can't find any way online to do this. Go to Solution. I wouldn'treally mind but because of this Im unable to pay my bill or see account info using the Xfinityofficialap being that it takes you to the primary (old) account only. Solved! I tried to open an account first with the email I use most often, but the process wouldn't complete. If you have more accounts to link, you can click Add an account again. At the top of the page, look for Service address | Rename or link another account.

Now, I'm trying to phase that email address out and consilidate all of my online accounts to one email address.
